Shipping & Returns

Return Goods Policy:

  1. Returned merchandise requires prior written authorization and a Qosmedix RGA number.
  2. Claims for shortage or damaged goods must be made within 10 days of receipt.
  3. All merchandise must be in the original packaging and sealed cartons.
  4. All returned goods must include a packing list and must be shipped freight prepaid.
  5. Credit will be issued as follows:
    1. Merchandise less than 30 days old will be issued 100% credit, less 25% restocking charge.
    2. Merchandise older than 30 days and custom orders are not returnable for credit.
    3. No cash refunds will be given.

 

Shipping Policy:

  1. Online orders are shipped via courier services offered during the checkout process:
    1. If you would like to use your own shipping account number or courier service/freight forwarder please contact customer service to open up this functionality in your Qosmedix account.
  2. Contacting local customs authorities to assure compliance with import requirements is the responsibility of the customer.

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULES:

Thanksgiving

  1. The Qosmedix offices and warehouse will be closed on Thursday, November 22nd and Friday, November 23rd.
  2. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Wednesday, November 21st may not be processed until Monday, November 26th.
  3. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before they ship.

Christmas

  1. The Qosmedix offices will be closed on Monday, December 24th and Tuesday, December 25th.
  2. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday, December 21st may not be processed until Wednesday, December 26th.
  3. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before they ship.

New Year's

  1. The Qosmedix offices and warehouse will be closed on Monday, December 31st and Tuesday, January 1st.
  2. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday, December 28th may not be processed until Wednesday, January 2nd.
  3. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before they ship.
