Shipping & Returns
Return Goods Policy:
- Returned merchandise requires prior written authorization and a Qosmedix RGA number.
- Claims for shortage or damaged goods must be made within 10 days of receipt.
- All merchandise must be in the original packaging and sealed cartons.
- All returned goods must include a packing list and must be shipped freight prepaid.
- Credit will be issued as follows:
- Merchandise less than 30 days old will be issued 100% credit, less 25% restocking charge.
- Merchandise older than 30 days and custom orders are not returnable for credit.
- No cash refunds will be given.
Shipping & Handling Policy:
- Online orders are shipped via courier services offered during the checkout process:
- If you would like to use your own shipping account number or courier service/freight forwarder please contact customer service to open up this functionality in your Qosmedix account.
- Contacting local customs authorities to assure compliance with import requirements is the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping charges on orders below $50 will include a $5 handling fee.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULES:
Christmas 2022
- The Qosmedix offices will be closed on Monday, December 26th.
- Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday, December 23rd may not be processed until Tuesday, December 27th.
- When choosing ground service, please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before they ship.
New Year's 2022/2023
- The Qosmedix offices and warehouse will be closed on Monday, January 2nd.
- Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday, December 30th may not be processed until Tuesday, January 3rd.

In order to receive delivery of your shipment by December 24th, please follow these guidelines:
- Last Day for Ground Shipping – December 9th
- Last Day for 2nd Day Shipping – December 16th
- Last Day for Next Day Air Shipping – December 19th
