Long Island Expressway (495): Take exit 53 [Sagtikos
Parkway] South for approximately 2 miles to Pine
Aire Drive exit. Proceed West on Pine Aire Drive
to the first traffic light. Turn right and proceed
over railroad tracks. Continue straight directly
into the Heartland Industrial Park. We are the first
building on the left.

Southern State Parkway: Take the Sagtikos Parkway
(left exit) North to Pine Aire Drive exit. At the
bottom of the exit ramp, turn left (west). Make first
right turn and proceed over railroad tracks. Continue
straight directly into the Heartland Industrial Park.

NYC via Long Island Rail Road: Take LIRR from
Penn Station to Deer Park Station. Approximately 60
minutes from Manhattan. Our office is a 5 minute walk
from the Deer Park Station. Call us and we will be

Kennedy Airport: (Approximately 35 miles)
Take "Airport Exit" to Belt Parkway
East. Follow Belt Parkway about 5 miles to where
it splits; follow Southern State Parkway (East-Long
Island) signs onto Southern State Parkway. (Do
not take Cross-Island Parkway North!) Follow above
directions about 30 miles to Sagtikos.
From
LaGuardia Airport: (Approximately 40 miles) Take
"Airport Exit" to Grand Central Pkwy East,
continue on the Grand Central Pkwy/Northern State Pkwy
to the Sagtikos Pkwy. Head South on the Sagtikos Pkwy
to Pine Aire Dr.(Exit S3) At the bottom of the exit
ramp, turn left (west). Make first right turn and proceed
over railroad tracks. Continue straight directly into
the Heartland Industrial Park. We are the first building
on the left.
From
MacArthur Airport: (Approximately 15 miles) Take
"Airport Exit" to Veterans Memorial Highway
(NY-454), bear right onto Veterans Memorial Highway
and stay on it for about 5 miles. Turn left onto North
Expressway Drive (follow the signs for 495 West). Merge
onto Long Island Expressway (495-West towards New York).
Get off at exit 53 [Sagtikos Parkway] South for approximately
2 miles to Pine Aire Drive exit. Proceed West on Pine
Aire Drive to the first traffic light. Turn right and
proceed over railroad tracks. Continue straight directly
into the Heartland Industrial Park. We are the first
building on the left.
From
the Port Jefferson Ferry:
(Approximately 20 miles) Leaving the Port Jeff. Ferry
will put you heading west on West Broadway. At the first
traffic light, make a left onto Barnum Ave. Take Barnum
Ave. to the end and turn right, onto Main St./ Rt. 112.
Take Rt. 112 up to Rt. 347 and make a right, heading
west. Stay on Rt. 347 for about 4 miles. Make a left
onto Nicholls Rd (CR-97) heading south for about 5 miles.
You will see signs for 495/ Long Island Expressway Take
495/ LIE exit- heading west, towards New York. Take
exit 53 [Sagtikos Parkway] South for approximately 2
miles to Pine Aire Drive exit. Proceed West on Pine
Aire Drive to the first traffic light. Turn right and
proceed over railroad tracks. Continue straight directly
into the Heartland Industrial Park. We are the first
building on the left.
